At Grad CCD, Pawan partners with graduate students to sharpen their career narratives and digital presence. He offers one-on-one support on LinkedIn branding, resume positioning, impactful cover letters, and storytelling — all within the context of today’s AI-powered hiring landscape. He also orients students to GradCCD tools and resources like VMock, CaseCoach, and Career Connect. Having worked with global teams across the U.S., U.K., and APAC, Pawan brings a global lens to professional development — grounded in structure and the belief that powerful positioning precedes opportunity.
Meghana Gudluru MBA ’26
GSC VP of Grad CCD Relations
Meghana (Meg) brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to her role as Vice President of CCD relations graduate student council rep. With a background in law and nonprofit leadership in India, and current experience in marketing and strategy through her MBA journey at Babson, she’s passionate about helping peers explore diverse career paths. Meghana is particularly interested in human-centered strategy, behavioral science, and supporting international students as they navigate post-MBA opportunities.
