This critical role will report directly to the Senior Director of International Sales and GTM FP&A and will partner closely with the APJ regional leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure rigorous fiscal discipline across all regional operations. The successful candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader capable of managing complex financial models, communicating clear insights, and supporting a high-growth business environment.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Lead the comprehensive financial planning processes for the APJ region, including the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and other key analyses.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, providing accurate, timely, and insightful analysis of regional performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.

Business Partnership and Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key finance partner to the APJ Sales leadership team and other functional leaders (e.g., sales operations, corporate finance, etc).
  • Provide financial expertise and decision support for strategic initiatives, sales coverage, and other investment proposals.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by analyzing cost structures and identifying opportunities for optimization across the region.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of regional sales commissions and incentive programs.

Reporting and Process Improvement

  • Prepare detailed management presentations for executive review, board meetings, and investor updates, focused on APJ financial results and outlook.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in regional financial data and reporting across various systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization within the FP&A function and across the region’s financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the Global FP&A team and corporate accounting on closing activities and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; finance, business or economics preferred, CPA/CA/MBA a plus
  • Experience in FP&A, and/or superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills
  • Track record of supporting a multi-country/regional business within the Asia Pacific and/or Japan region.
  • Strong working knowledge of major financial planning and other software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Google Suite, Pigment or similar).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
