Nina has worked at Babson’s Graduate Center for Career Development since 2015. As the Operations Manager and Business Analyst, she oversees the systems, data, and technology that support the center’s operations and student experience. She uses data to measure outcomes, guide decision-making, and demonstrate the impact of Grad CCD’s work on student career success. Nina also manages the administrative coordinator role.
Fun Fact: Nina is a Babson Alum, earning her MBA from the Evening MBA program in 2019.

Elizabeth Canon
Communication Manager, Graduate Center for Career Development
Liz Canon has worked at Babson College in the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business since 2018.
As Communication Manager for the Graduate Center for Career Development (Grad CCD), Liz develops strategic communications that connect Babson’s graduate students, employers, and the broader Babson community with career resources and opportunities.
She partners with a wide range of campus stakeholders—including centers and institutes, student leaders, student organizations, faculty and staff, and employers recruiting Babson graduate talent—to promote programs, events, and collaborative initiatives.
Through newsletters, email campaigns, digital content, flyers, and other communication channels, Liz creates engaging, audience-centered messaging that increases awareness and participation in Grad CCD programs and partnership opportunities.
Liz has a BA in Literature from Wheelock College and an MA in Writing from Emerson College.
Fun Fact: Liz has experience teaching Research Writing (WRT-2000), a Babson undergraduate course that helps students put writing theory into practice through research-based writing for academic audiences.
