Erica Debiase

Associate Director, Graduate Center for Career Development

Erica DeBiase is a career advisor and coach who is passionate about helping graduate students identify and articulate their strengths, build confidence in their professional story, and pursue meaningful career paths. As a Babson MSEL’15 alum, she advises students across the One Year and Two Year MBA programs and MSEL programs through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and group sessions focused on career strategy, networking, interviewing, negotiation, and professional development. Erica leads the planning and delivery of Graduate CCD orientations for all five graduate cohorts, helping students establish career goals, navigate career resources, and build a strong foundation for their professional journey. She also supervises the Professional Branding Specialist student worker and a part-time career advisor, serves as the staff liaison for the Consulting Club, and leads case interview preparation.

Erica is especially passionate about strengths-based coaching and helping students discover their unique strengths. She enjoys preparing students for interviews and helping them connect their strengths, experiences, and values to careers that align with their goals. Prior to Babson, Erica served as Director of Academic & Career Development at the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she partnered with more than 70 accounting firms and over 30 colleges and universities to help students launch careers in professional services.

Fun Fact: Erica is beginning her own two-year master’s program and will be a graduate student herself, giving her firsthand perspective on the challenges, growth, and excitement her students experience throughout graduate school.
