Jessica Chance

Director, Graduate Center for Career Development

Jessica Chance is the Director of the Graduate Center for Career Development where she leads a talented group of career professionals that support full and part-time students in Babson’s MBA and MS programs, and the undergrad and graduate alumni of Babson.

Jessica’s experience spans over 20 years in higher education developing students and alumni and providing bridges to help learners transition from students to professionals. At Boston College and Emerson College, she implemented career readiness programming and services for a range of groups that included graduate students, international students, student athletes, and historically underrepresented students. This programming included alumni and employer engagement focused on diversity recruiting. A throughline in her career is the power of the career story and one’s ability to communicate with impact.

Her leadership in career education and programming geared towards innovators and creatives at all stages of career is one of the drivers of her work as a member of the F.W. Olin School for Business community.

Fun Fact: As a writer and actor, Jessica has performed in live theatre with Company One Theatre, short films and commercial work, and being in staged readings with the Front Porch Arts Collective.
